Fear Not
Are you tormented by a fear concerning something in your soul? Fear of sickness! Fear about wicked men! Fear of the devil or witchcraft! Fear about future! Fear of death! Fear about debt! Fear regarding necessities!
Your peace of mind is ruined by some kind of fear. Some people are seized by unwanted fear, that results in sleepless nights!
Terrifying scenes appear when you close your eyes! You see sinister dreams! You feel that it is better to die, rather than dying in fear every day. You are scared to tell this to others!
Are you distressed due to these? Here is One, who looks at you and says: “Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.” (John 14:27)
He is telling this to you, who is reading this: “Fear not, my son! Fear not, my daughter!”
Do you know whose words these are?
Almighty God, Creator of heaven and earth!
The One who overcame sin, world, devil and death!
He is Lord Jesus Christ, who died but is alive!
Lord Jesus Christ says, “Don’t be afraid, for I am with you; … Don’t be afraid, I am here to help you.” (Isaiah 41:1,13) The Lord does not want you to continue in fear, because God’s word says, “Fear involves torment” (I John 4:18) Fear ransacks you of your joy, sleep, health and torments you constantly! You need deliverance from this fear! God who created us, incarnated into this world, as Lord Jesus Christ to offer this deliverance to us!
Lord Jesus Christ yielded himself to die on the cross, by shedding His blood, to deliver us from the power of the fear of ‘Sin’, ‘Curse’, ‘Devil’ and ‘Death’. This Jesus Christ who died, vanquished death and rose again on the third day!
Lord Jesus Christ roared, “I died, and behold I am alive forevermore” (Revelations 1:18) This resurrected Jesus, who conquered the world, devil and death, met the affrighted ones, removed their fear and made them cheery saying, “Peace be with you!”
This Jesus, will remove your fear too and make you happy! He will work a miracle on the problem that is frightening you and gladden you!
I fell sick and was at death bed while I was young. Severe pain disabled me from walking and forced me bedridden. Fear of death tormented me because doctors forsook me. Fear deprived my family members of their joy. When we were worried how things were going to unfold, Lord Jesus Christ visited me and healed me by His touch! My fear was transformed into joy! The sorrow that overshadowed my family turned to joy!
When I received Lord Jesus Christ into my soul, my sins fled and vanished away from me! He has helped me live a joyful life sans fear, though many scary things came across my life. I am not impacted by the fear of death!
If you accept this Jesus Christ in your life, your fear will vanish!
Make this prayer unto the Lord. “Oh Jesus, who died on the cross and rose again for me, forgive my sins! Come into my heart! Deliver me from my fear!” Pray to Jesus in this manner and your fear will turn into joy!
Lord Jesus will guide you by His hand, as a father leads by holding the hand of his child!
